I just thought I’d let everyone know.
Taking six credits in the Spring, and enjoying my new MA program in Economics in International Development. Glad I made the switch. I was getting sick of the acronym-bloated, buzzword-ridden business classes to the point where my personal favorite business acronym became INABATIBS1 (“I need a beer and this is bullshit”, which was usually what I am thinking during that excruciating couple hours of International Marketing).
More recruitment travel in the coming few months than I care for. I was in Abu Dhabi last week, going to Qatar next week, followed by Dubai, then Kuwait, then somewhere else. Speaking of travel, its time to think about where to go for my 15-day vacation next summer. I will also be taking a few credits over the summer, but I have to have my personal travel fix. I am thinking Scandinavia, or maybe somewhere really wild in Asia. I don’t know yet. I do know, however, that I will make all kinds of plans only to scrape everything last minute and go somewhere else, which is still fine, as long as I get to go somewhere.
Let me know when you decide when and where you want to go. I’m not sure Mark Schroeder is going to hold up his end of our trip deal. I’ll be looking for something interesting if you desire a travel partner.
I’ll definitely let you know if I make any plans, and you know I am always open to suggestions.
