Can I use this technique with any type of
GPS bluetooth reciever and any place in the
world or not.

I am GIS Engineer in Jordan and I am trying to use it 
in my country so can I do that.
I have GPS SIRFiii bluetooth but I cannot to 
connect between GPS and google yet
